2. Service Agreement or Support Hours?
Support is available through our Service Agreements. Extended customization can be obtained via Support Hours.
If you have purchased or upgraded an ELPROCAD license, you have received an ongoing 12-month Service Agreement, with automatic renewal. With the Service Agreement, in addition to support, you get access to the latest versions and continuous updates.
If you do not have an active Service Agreement, we recommend that you upgrade your license.
